      Once we remove the scrub we apply a mud mask to help to revitalise tired dull skin and drain any toxins leaving the skin with a healthy glow.     • Remember, your skin is the largest organ of your body. It requires proper nutrition to function properly just like every other part of your body.

      A sufficient intake of nutrients from our internal health, which is in turn reflected on the outside through clear skin, strong nails and glossy hair. Certain vitamins and minerals are essential for maintaining healthy skin, nails and hair. Ensuring that sufficient quantities of these are in your diet can make noticeable difference. So if you want to achieve healthy, Clear and young looking skin and hair, a balanced diet is an essential starting point. Remember that vitamin C is easily excreted by the body and cannot be manufactured internally. Since the pro-collagen skin benefits from vitamin C commence at high local concentration, the only way to deliver effective anti-ageing vitamin C to the skin tropically Remember the five day plan for good combination of fruit and vegetables. The skin scope not only allows you to see what is going on with your skin but it also allows you to take pictures on your own smartphone to keep. Clients are left more informed and focus on preventing further damage to their skins, but what is really exciting they will be able to see the changes with the photo's images.
